Ive been to another place and it’s nothing like it is here.Posted on April RodenbaughMarch 19, 2024 I transferred from Camden treatment center and I am glad that I did the only downside of it is that I was getting 27 bottles at Camden treatment center and when I I got here I only get 13 it makes me feel like I have been down graded but it is what it is. I enjoy coming here is clean quiet drama free nobody standing outside bugging you to buy something or asking for something just in an out . Conditions We Address: Comprehensive Opioid Use Disorder Care
Opioid dependency takes hold in different ways and for different reasons. At Affinity Healthcare Group, we provide Suboxone treatment for patients struggling with a range of opioid use disorders, including dependency on:
- Heroin
- Fentanyl
- OxyContin
- Vicodin
- Percocet
- Morphine
- Codeine
- Hydrocodone
- Other prescription or synthetic opioids
We’re here to understand your situation and build a treatment plan that addresses it with the care and precision it deserves. If you’re ready to reclaim your life, talk with us.
What to Expect From Suboxone Treatment
At Affinity, we use Suboxone as part of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help stabilize your body while you work toward lasting recovery. Suboxone combines buprenorphine and naloxone—two FDA-approved medications that work together to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, and block the effects of opioids.
Because Suboxone can be prescribed for outpatient use, you can continue your daily responsibilities while staying committed to treatment. Your care is overseen by an addiction medicine physician who monitors your progress and adjusts your medication as needed to support steady, safe improvement.
Here’s what you can expect during Suboxone treatment at Affinity Healthcare Group:
- A full assessment by our clinical team
- A personalized Suboxone dosing plan
- Physician-supervised medication management
- Ongoing support and counseling
- Convenient follow-up appointments at one of our Virginia locations
- Treatment adjustments as your recovery progresses
How Suboxone Reduces Withdrawal and Supports Everyday Stability
The relief that comes with effective Suboxone treatment is real and often immediate. Within days, many patients describe feeling steadier, more present, more capable, more like themselves. That stability is the foundation on which everything else is built. When your body isn’t fighting withdrawal, your mind can engage with therapy, with community, and with the future you’re working toward.
Therapy That Supports Whole-Person Recovery
Suboxone addresses the physical side of opioid dependency. Therapy addresses the rest. At Affinity Healthcare Group, every Suboxone treatment plan is paired with evidence-based behavioral counseling.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you understand how your thoughts shape your choices, and how changing one can change the other. Your therapist will help you identify the specific thought patterns that have contributed to your opioid use disorder and develop practical strategies to replace them with responses that support your recovery and long-term well-being.
Reality Therapy
Real change starts with the choices you make today, not the circumstances you’re in or the feelings you can’t yet control. Reality Therapy, grounded in Choice Theory, helps you connect your daily decisions to your deepest needs: love, belonging, freedom, achievement, and independence.
Motivational Interviewing
The motivation to stay in recovery must come from something personal and genuinely your own. Motivational Interviewing helps you find it. Through honest, non-pressured conversation with your counselor, you’ll clarify what you’re working toward and why, building an internal compass that stays with you long after treatment.
Solution-Focused Therapy
You have more to work with than you might think. Solution-Focused Therapy shifts the conversation from what’s broken to what’s working, from the weight of the past to the possibilities ahead. Your counselor will help you identify the strengths and capabilities you already have, then show you how to apply them to build a recovery that lasts.
